The same request in another language gives the same result, and the reply comes back in the language you wrote in.

The five-dashboard request ran on a 600-row sales table (sheet names translated here from the Polish test). In the Q1 example Cellify made up the sample reps and figures itself, as the request asked. Exchange rates come from a web search on 3 October 2026.

Plain requests, no formulas

You describe the result. Cellify picks the Excel operations, fills in ranges and table names from your workbook, and runs them one at a time.

The language you write in

Write in English, Spanish, German, Japanese or many other languages; the answer comes back in yours. The panel itself is available in eight languages. There are no commands or keywords to learn.

A plan, and every step visible

For bigger requests Cellify shows its plan and ticks off each part. Afterwards the panel lists every action that ran and where, so you can check the result.

Asks before deleting, undoes in one click

Cellify asks before it deletes or overwrites anything, and one click undoes the whole last request. Instructions hidden in files, web pages or cells are treated as data, not as commands.

Reads your files and the web

Attach a PDF, CSV or image, or ask for current figures such as exchange rates. Cellify turns the data into a table in your sheet.

Big tasks, honestly split

If a request is bigger than one message can hold, Cellify finishes the parts it starts, tells you what is left, and you decide whether to continue with the next message.

How messages are counted

Each message you send uses one from your plan, whether Cellify makes one change or sixty. A very large request may not fit in one message: Cellify then finishes the parts it started, shows what is left, and a Continue button lets you go on with the next message. The Free messages are a one-time start; Plus and Pro renew every month.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know Excel formulas or macros?

No. You describe the result you want and Cellify chooses the Excel operations. If you do know formulas, you can still ask for a specific one.

What can I ask for?

Everyday Excel work: formulas and calculated columns, tables, sorting and filters, pivot tables, charts and dashboards, cleaning up imported data, conditional formatting, drop-down lists, printing setup, and importing data from PDF or CSV files. See examples by category.

How do I install it?

Cellify is in early access while we prepare the Microsoft AppSource listing. Leave your email and we’ll send you an install link. It runs in Excel for Windows and Excel on the web; Mac and iPad are being tested.

What happens to my spreadsheet data?

You sign in with your Microsoft account, and all traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). To answer a request, Cellify sends the relevant part of your workbook to the AI model (Google Vertex AI). The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and for how long. We don’t sell data.

What counts as a message?

Each message you send, however much work it takes. Free: 20 messages to try it. Plus: 100 messages a month for $9. Pro: 300 messages a month for $20. If a request is too big for one message, Cellify tells you what is left and you decide whether to continue.

What if Cellify gets something wrong?

Each request ends with a list of the actions that ran, so you can check them, and an Undo button that reverses the whole request. Cellify asks before deleting or overwriting anything. A few things, such as removed charts or conditional formatting, cannot be restored by Undo, and Cellify says so before it removes them. For important files, keep version history on (AutoSave with OneDrive or SharePoint).
